Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Encore Skin Boutique, your appointment time, treatment room, and provider are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit if we are unable to fill the reserved appointment time.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration, as this allows us to accommodate other guests while honoring the time reserved specifically for you.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their booking deposit. Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of booking.
