Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Encore Skin Boutique, your appointment time, treatment room, and provider are reserved exclusively for you. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit or a cancellation fee charged to the card on file if we are unable to fill the reserved appointment time.
We appreciate your understanding and consideration, as this allows us to accommodate other guests while honoring the time reserved specifically for you.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service to the card on file. Any booking deposit paid will be applied toward this amount. Future appointments may also require full prepayment at the time of booking.
